YJ-ZLA Transformer Oil regeneration machine has been specially designed for on site use to completely regenerate insulating oils in energized or de-energized transformers. The transformer oil regeneration system not only provides regular oil purification such as degassing, drying and particulate removal but also can remove acid, desilication or remove heavy metal,what’s important, this machine can change the color to white-water color by using Nanometer activation additive. This is accomplished by the use of high vacuum dehydration and degasification technology and high-precision particulate filters combined with special nanometer additives. After processing, the oil can be reused as new oil, the breakdown voltage is more than 80KV,moisture content is less 3ppm, and impurities content is less than 1micron, oil color is white color.

Working Principle
- First heat and dehydrate under high vacuum conditions, at the same time, heat the Nonometer additive to 200degree for activating it, the additive will form a special channel after activation. Macromolecular chains such as heavy metals and irregular molecular chains cannot pass through this channel, while the hydrocarbon molecular chain of transformer oil can smoothly pass through this channel.
- Use this principle to separate heavy metals, and the heavy metal content can be removed Within 1ppm. After removing the heavy metal, the oil through a two-stage high-precision filter element for remove impurities to 1 micron.
- This equipment, especially for large-scale transmission and transformation voltage equipment and high-quality transformer oil on the national main transformer grid, can greatly reduce the cost of oil changes.
