YJ-DSL series Mini Oil Refinery Machine to Make Clean Diesel from Used Oil can recycle different kinds of waste oil(including waste engine oil, motor oil, ship oil, tire oil, plastic oil, industrial lube oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, etc.)to clean diesel oil. The reduced pressure distillation technology of the used oil refinery plant can fully react to all kinds of waste lube oil and catalyst, and then after distillation and cooling to produce recycled lube oil.
There are two ways to manage the spent lube oil, the first is to recycle it into lube base oil, and another method is to crack it into fuel. Cracking is a petroleum refining process in which heavy-molecular weight hydrocarbons are broken up into light hydrocarbon molecules by the application of heat and pressure, with or without the use of catalysts, to derive a variety of fuel products. Cracking is one of the principal ways in which used oil is converted into useful fuels such as motor gasoline, diesel fuel and home heating oil.
Description
Mini Oil Refinery to Make Clean Diesel from Used Oil use cracking technology to recycle diese fuel. Pyrolysis is a petroleum refining process in which heavy-molecular weight hydrocarbons are broken up into light hydrocarbon molecules by the application of heat and pressure, with or without the use of catalysts, to derive a variety of fuel products.
The recovery rate can reach 93-95%. Gasoline 2-5%, diesel fuel 85-90%.

YJ-DSL series is suitable for used engine oil, motor oil, heavy fuel, bunker oil, oil sludge, crude oil and pyrolysis oil to clean diesel. After the recycling by our machine, the clean diesel can be reused on cars, ships, trucks, generators, farm machinery and so on directly.

The Harm of containing water, gas and impurities:
- The oil will oxidate rapidly and product acidic material, eroding the metal surface.
- The chemical additive invalidates, reducing the thickness of lubrication film and aggravating the machine abrasion.
- The lubrication, cooling, the flow were reduced then accelerating the fatigue of the metal surface.
- The ice crystals which formed under low temperature will block elements and lower the systemic rigidity.
- The slow response of the system run with irregular movement，lower the conduction performance.
- The high temperature of the oil can’t cool effectively.
- The oil pump and the power equipment were damaged because of the cavitations.
